Tradescantia cerinthoides is a large sprawling plant with succulent stems and leaves. The ‘Green Nanouk’ cultivar has smooth green leaves with purple undersides, and occasionally forms small pink-and-white flowers.

The ‘Green Nanouk’ cultivar is sometimes simply described as “smooth form”, or with the invalid Latin description “forma glabra”. Tradescantia cerinthoides is commonly know as flowering inchplant.
