Callisia repens ‘Kribo’

£3.00

Callisia repens is a tiny creeping plant with pointed-oval, succulent leaves. This unusual cultivar has leaves which become stained pink at different stages of development, and darken to green at other times. Some stems may appear mostly green, but they are not permanently reverted – they always have the ability to develop the pink again.

Description

Check out this page for more information about ordering cuttings.

Callisia repens is sometimes known as turtle vine, Bolivian wandering dude, and creeping inchplant. It is not a Tradescantia, but a cousin in the same family – Commelinaceae. Other genera in this family are often mislabelled as tradescantias anyway. For more information about plant naming and identification, take a look at the main Tradescantia Hub website.
